Justification

Monday is teen 1’s birthday so they are having 8 guests for dinner. Parent B must make the Lasagna, as it is a hard recipe, and they have the most time on their hands. They make the full recipe because there are 8 guests coming. Parent B starts making the meal at 5:30 and finish at 6:50. They prepare the table for 10 minutes and sit down to eat at 7:05.

Tuesday Teen 2 makes dinner. They go with a good old fashioned Taco Tuesday, and Teen 2 makes it because it’s quick and easy, something great for their skill level. They make it around 6 until 6:15 and prepare the table for 15 minutes. They all sit down to eat at 6:25.

Wednesday Teen 1 and 2 gets home from school at 3:30, later they make dinner at 5:30pm. They make a simple yet delicious chickpea cauliflower curry. It works perfects for both of their times, and it is good for their skill level. Then parent B comes home at 6 and parent A comes home at 5:30 and then everyone sits down and eats at 6:10.

Thursday Parent A cooks Tuna Casserole on Thursday. This is the only time Parent A cooks, as they work much more than the others. This is one of the two days they have less work, so they decide to pitch in. They only cook half of the recipe to accommodate for 4 people, as there is no special event going on that day. They start cooking at 5 o’clock and ends at 5:23. They then take 10 minutes to set the table and sit down to eat at 5:35 (an extra 2 minutes for everyone to get set).

Friday teen 1 cooks sushi on Friday. They start at 5:30 and end at 6:15. Dinnertime is at 6:25. They eat 1/6 of the sushi and save the rest of the 5/6 sushi for the weekend.
