Salmon and roasted yam

This is the first time i’ve ever made either of these. The salmon had garlic, butter, pepper, salt, and lemon juice. It was juicy and very flavourful and it tasted amazing. I would 100% make this meal again and recommend it to anyone. Ive only made sweet potato once, it was the yam fries but this was more difficult. I kept it in its outer skin and roasted it in the oven with cinnamon. When I first found the recipe, I questioned it because cinnamon on yam but I trusted the author that created the recipe and I was glad I did. It turned out amazing and I liked it much better like this over the fry version. I just used a spoon to scoop it out and it was define.
