Core Competency Reflection

I am clear on the difference between simple group work and collaboration as evidenced by the difference between my group work and my alone work. If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to see what both want and try and compromise with both people. I show others that I truly value their contributions by adding everyone’s decisions in the work.
