My 2022-2023 Year
The first thing that went well for this year was that I was able to produce work in a variety of classes that I was proud of and felt that it was my best work being put forward. Next, I was able to advocate for myself throughout the school year, and make sure I was on task and asked for help whenever I needed it. Lastly, I created strong friendships this year and created many memories I will remember forever, like concerts, picnics, parties, etc.

Manage my stress levels better | I usually allow things to stress me out a lot more than they should so my goal is to look at what are things that usually stress me out and try to either remove them from my everyday life or find different ways to get around it in a way that its not a stressor anymore, as well as change other parts of my life to take away some of my focus on stressor. (eg: having a clean room, spending time outdoors, getting good sleep etc.) |
Eat Healthier | Due to the fact that it’s almost summer I think that I’ll have more time to better my diet. In order to do that, I will plan out healthy meals and use healthier alternatives to snacks that I enjoy. |
