How to use Punctuation

My partners for this project are Neha and Julia. We created a power point on using punctuations such as question marks, exclamation marks and periods correctly for our English 9 class.

Communication/Reflection

The purpose of our design was to show how to use punctuations correctly. We used PowerPoint to create our designs. To communicate while working on this project my group and I made a group chat on Instagram and video called, We all shared our ideas and worked as a team. We each had our responsibility and each person would have to do a total of three slides and if we wanted to do extras we could as long as it goes with the project. We all went over the slides and helped on what could make the slides better if needed. We need not face any problems and we all worked great together and didn’t get distracted, I like the work we did on this project.

Town Media Fluency Reflection

Name of the town: Sunny village

Company name: Sun inc.

Resources available: Water, food, land, and human resources.

Elements of the town: Water and land

Population: 250

Explanation/ Brief history: Sunny village was founded in 1867 by people running for freedom. They found a beautiful free land and made it their own. The beautiful land they had found was always sunny, so they decided to name it Sunny Ville.  

Once they had settled, they started building houses, growing plants and making Sunny Ville a great place for people to live in. They have all sorts of different things such as a mall, clothing stores, grocery stores etc. Sunny Ville is known to be a small, quiet and very nice village. I would recommend this village to people who need a place because is a peaceful place to live in. 

A. How was the ease of access in building the town, despite this being a very super basic software?

Despite the software being very basic I did not have any difficulty in building my town.

B. Were you able to apply the skills you learned in the planning stages appropriately to a digital environment?

I was able to apply the skills I learned in the planning stages appropriately to a digital environment.

C. What were the sources you researched that made this an “authentic make-believe” town?

I didn’t research any sources, I just got it from a story of a book I read and used it for my town.

D. Is there other software online that could have done the job better? Explain.

Yes, there is other software online that could’ve made the job better, I used my laptop drawing app to make my own town instead of the website because it was easier for me to draw my own instead called Paint 3D.
