I take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share. Equal distribution of work among the group members, and finishing a given task in time are key to success. In the group project I wasted no time on assigning roles for myself. I told my group I would be responsible for writing the procedure of the research. Once I had completed the procedure, I then took the role of writing the bottom half of the conclusion. Though I worked mostly alone when I required an assistance, had to ask a question or had to answer a question, I work with others to achieve a goal. As an example I went over what I should write for the conclusion and expanded not only my ideas but my group’s idea as well. Lack of effort and communication is detrimental when it comes to group work. I find it easy to be part of a group because I communicate well with the members and finish any assigned tasks in time.
