Technology had a both positive and a negative affect on me, but usually it has affected me in a good way. When I am stressed, I can find a way to do something online so that I can think about other things rather than the negative thought. This year, technology most helped me to contact my friends during the pandemic since we cannot go out and see each other. The downside of technology this year for me is that since I stay home all day, I’d be on my devices all day, and my eyes can hurt sometimes or lose track of time management. However I wouldn’t consider that as my “stress”. That was my reflection on technology and wellbeing this year for me.
