Cooking At Home #1 (Stir-Fry)

For this assignment i decided to do a stir-fry. I didn’t use a recipe but i had my mom help with what ingredients to use as she has made this dish many times before. I didn’t really have any problems because the stir-fry was very easy to make. I had a bit of a problem with mincing the garlic because i forgot how. But i just searched it up and it didn’t really impact the recipe. I don’t think i would change this dish if i made it again i think it’s fine the way it is. I think my greatest success was cooking the meat because i don’t cook meat often and i did relatively well when cooking it. I’m proud that i didn’t burn anything.
