Family Food Traditions – Cooking At Home #7

For this assignment i decided to make pavlova. It’s a native food from New Zealand and it’s a dish our family always made for special events/occasions. My mother’s side of the family has always made pavlova because it’s in our heritage. I had some challenges with baking the pavlova for the right amount of time but i was able to figure it out in the end. By checking on it while it cooked. I was successful at cutting the fruits which i thought turned out decently. I am proud that i was able to make something from our heritage that i have never made before.
