REFLECTION…
In this lab we had to make delicious and easy banana muffins, I enjoyed making them and overall i think they turned out pretty well. During the lab i think what went well for me was being able to work fast in the kitchen and communicating with my partner, because of that we were able to get our muffins in pretty fast within the time we had. But i think next time i have to work on paying more attention to the recipe at hand because even just one mistake can mess up an entire recipe or just end up making them not the way you want them too. But overall I’m pretty proud of the final product and i would say they met most of the product standards, but maybe next time i would like to try and make them a little more moist. I would definitely make these again because there fairly simple and it would make a great treat to have after dinner and it would be cool to try and add different things to the muffins to make them even better like chocolate chips to make them a little sweeter.
