Communication
I communicated with my group to make the virus model and infomercial. I listened to suggestions made by my group/teacher and shared my thoughts on the ideas. After having a discussion about the options for our virus model and video, we decided on what would be the best course of action. Communication was a key factor to our success.
Critical/Reflective Thinking
We put our ideas together for what materials to use for our virus model. We asked questions and used the teachers thoughts as feedback to improve our model and infomercial. We came up with strategies for our infomercial to make it proficient and how to make the model. I would try to start coming up with ideas sooner and not have the group feel rushed next time.
Personal Awareness/Responsibility
Our team members were each responsible for a part of the project. This allowed everyone to have some creative input and support each other. It also provided an opportunity for each of us to take ownership of our learning. Being a part of a group should not mean that one or two people carry the team, everyone needs to take part and be proud of their contribution.
