Rainbow Tortellini From The Old Spaghetti Factory

My most memorable food experience is at the Old Spaghetti Factory. My family and I have went there since I was little, and each year on my birthday they always make time to take me there. When I was younger I would always get the rainbow tortellini with alfredo sauce, and I would always eat it in the same order: red, green, white. I never know why I do this but I always remember to eat in it in the same order. Unfortunetly most of the restaurants don’t have this on the menu anymore, so I have to order something else. My mom knows that I like this and cant order it anymore so sometimes on my birthday she will make it from scratch at home.

  1. I’ve also been to The Old Spaghetti Factory. The clam chowder and the Napoleon Ice Cream there is great, and I’d usually get the fettuccine alfredo there (which I order every time I eat there). The fact your mother makes you favorite pasta at home is amazing!

    • I have never had the soup there, instead I always get the salad with ranch. They make the ranch in house and its the best I have ever had. you can even buy the ranch at the restaurant, but not many people know that. I also love the ice cream but I have never tried the fettuccine alfredo before.

  2. I have also been to the Old Spaghetti Factory before it’s really good. Too bad you can’t find the dish you like at most places though.

    • When they stopped serving it I was pretty sad, but I found it in a restaurant near Bellingham. I think only some restaurants have it now, but its my favourite thing to order when they do have it.
