Reflecting upon my journey, I am amazed by the vast amount of knowledge I have acquired and the personal growth I have experienced along the way. From the smallest nuggets of wisdom to the most profound insights, each piece of information has contributed to shaping me into the person I am today. Within this poem, I feel I got to express myself and my identity.

Connecting Media and Psychological Disorder Reflection
I inquire into and present on topics of interest and topics related to my studies. In this assignment, we were told to research something that was important to us so I chose soccer. I enjoyed researching this topic as it helped me get a better understanding of what I’m interested in and what I like to do after school.
French 11 Movie Poster
For this project, my partners and I chose the movie Aladdin. I was able to be collaborative during this project with my partners, I communicated well and I asked questions when I needed clarification. We shared ideas with each other and helped each other with translating words and researching our movie. Writing the summary and character descriptions both required me to think creatively. I had to think about how to describe the characters and then translate all of them, as well as summarize the movie and figure out words I didn’t know.

Curricular Competencies Reflection
I learned about many Indigenous stereotypes and how Disney turned the story into a romance rather than real life which builds up stereotypes that are offensive toward the Indigenous community. In general, my reading and writing improved during the duration of this essay because I had to find sources, take valid information from the text, and blend quotes into my essay.

I can understand and share information about a topic of interest in a clear, organized way.
I had to write out a plan and then a draft for this essay and had to make sure it all flowed and had a paragraph about the similarities and one for differences. I planned everything out so that it would be easier to write and understand.

Kirsten and I would take turns cutting the pig and drying up the pig juices, we split the roles and responsibilities between the two of us and made sure that everything was done in an efficient and orderly fashion.

We got the chance to experience this amazing learning opportunity which let us learn about the parts of the digestive system and actually having a physical representation we could examine, which I participated in and I felt that it gave the class a better understanding of the unit therefore improving the class

While working on this dissection I would ask questions and learn from mistakes I made to make sure that it was done correctly the next time whether that was how deep to cut or which way you should cut it to make sure it doesn’t squirt intestinal juices on you.

The last unit we were working on was on graphics and animation. I found it challenging to fully understand the need for functions and how to recall them later on in the code. As I was doing this assignment I started to understand how if repeats when recalled to draw the thing it is coded to draw. During this course I have learned about algorithms, variables, calculating, binary, recursive, image processing and green screen. I think I do a good job of understanding the code and working through problems I may face.
