CPR Reflection

  1. Something that I learned was that mouth to mouth is being phased out. I had previously thought that was important to do.
  2. The most important things that were taught is how to recognize if someone is in need of CPR, administer CPR and use an AED. When you are a situation where this unit will be useful, these are the most important things to know.
  3. This unit connects to nutrition because eating the right things can prevent heart issues. Certain foods can block the flow of blood more than others so good health is important.

Reflection

I collaborated well in this unit. I did as I was instructed and did not interfere with others. I can work with others to acheive a goal. I can also do my share of the work to accomplish the goal. I can help others when they did not understand a task. Overall, I believe this unit went well for me.

Something I must work towards is remembering what I am taught. Even though I was paying close attention, I forgot a large portion of the information that didn’t involve the immidiate assistance I could give someone in need.
