Social Awareness & Responsibility in CLE 10

I demonstrated social awareness and responsibility by organizing a band and writing a piece for us to play. This demonstrated this because I was able to gather the people to form a band and go through with organizing the sheet music, the practices and writing a piece of music.

A challenge I encountered is that I’m quite awkward. I had to take a leadership role and that required me to overcome my nervousness in certain situations.

I learned a great deal about how to lead a group and organize things while also communicating to make sure everyone knows what is going on.

I can apply this to every day life because humans are social creatures. Communication is one of the traits we got from evolution that allowed us to become who we are today. These skills could help me from the small to large things. Improper communication and inorganization leads to unnecessary conflict and confusion. These skills will help me avoid these issues.
