My most successful foods lab would be the quinoa bowl because this was a solo lab and was won of the easy food lab but the reason why I think I did good was because of all the nicely cut veggies and the was they are all nicely in order I do think I made product standers because the Main thing was that they have to be nicely cut and order I did not any challenges to overcome because it was a simple recipe to make. and the best part of the presentation was the final product.

The reason why the Mac and cheese was the most challenging lab because when we’re doing the cheese sauce we skipped through won of the steps on accident and was won of the key parts after we overcome it the Mac and cheese turned out good. the best part of the Mac and cheese was the presentation it looked nice and creamy the noodles looked nice and tender

The reason why I picked the fettuccine is because I had the most fun doing this lab and was most work I think I did the reason why is because I had do do the sauce for recipe and was one of the key parts in the recipe. the challenges we had to overcome in this recipe was noddles because they were cold so what we did was we put them under hot water for a couple of minutes and they heated up.

What I made for the breakfast home lab was pancakes with a fruit smoothie. The pancakes looked nice and fluffy and golden brown. The reason why I picked the pancakes over the 3 other choices is because I thought it would be easier plus every won In my family likes pancakes. There was not that many challenges to overcome in this recipe it didn’t take that long and was not that hard. the greatest success in this recipe would be the final presentation because of the fruit on top with the syrup and the pancakes stacked . My family thought that were good they said they liked the presentation and they liked the smoothie

The most important tool in the kitchen is the measuring cups. because when we were doing our muffin recipes it came in handy a lot. and not just for the muffin recipe for others as well like the cookies recipe. the reason why I think this the best tool is when ever we deal with liquid ingredients or flour or baking soda or salt it makes sure you put in the right amount in. to make sure you do the recipe right witch is why this is the best tool in the kitchen
