When someone makes or tries to make a contribution to our group I will show my value in one of two way. The first way is if their idea is better than the previous one. I will state, “wait that is actually a great idea,” and follow that up by asking more questions about their idea so we can build off of it. The second way is if the idea will not contribute anything or is not a good idea. I will proceed by showing and explaining either idea so they can clearly see our idea so they understand it better. Then I might also (depending on the situation) deconstruct their idea so they see where the flaw or mistake is in their idea.

Typically, when I am at home if I need to re-focus I will take a 10-15 min break, eat, drink, then go back to it. Sometimes I might do a little work out or go for a bike ride and get some fresh air if I can afford the time.
How do you learn best?
Over my years of education, I have found that I am a very visual learner. As a career path I am looking into engineering, ever since I was little I was always a hands-on learner. With math, we uses whiteboards around our class room and we graph the functions we are working on so we can actually see what the function looks like. It is just easier to actually see what we are working on and not just the theory behind it, this goes with working on cars for me as well.
