Reflection: Identifying the problem of carbon emissions and flight time was pretty easy due to global warming and how planes effect it. I found the problem by looking up how much carbon do planes make and found that planes are responsible for some 11% of the earths carbon emissions. The solution was easy, we need to move to electric planes. There was a team in Vancouver that made a fully electric water plane (see in slide 5) and flew it down a river. I was able to think about they way i wanted the innovation to look and I was also able to create and identify solutions of the problem. Yes I am somewhat satisfied of how I finished the project.

Innovation Station Checklist:

My Digital Footprint

One part of my digital footprint that contributes to the online community is my YouTube Channel. I still have my face and contact info private so my identity is still safe. My YouTube channel will not effect my future in education because they cant see my face and there is more than one Michael. Looking more into the future (Jobs) as long as I don’t truly reveal myself I will be okay if something wrong happens. Googling my name and city i had found a few heat sheets and results from swimming that had my name on them.

Three different strategies that I can use to keep my digital footprint appropriate and safe is keep my channel child friendly, do not expose myself, and post safe images on my social medias. Information that I have learned is to keep family and friends matters private. Going about telling my friends or family to retract something they have said or posted I would either text them or talk to them directly. Same with other students in our school.
