My eggs Benedict lab relates to the core competency “communication” as not only does it reflect communication, but also collaboration between my partner and I. The eggs Benedict lab reflects communication in many different ways. One example of communication during this lab was when we asked each other questions and get a detailed and informative responses. One of the questions that could be asked for example are “should I put this in yet?” Or “did you already put this ingredient in?” These may sound like simple questions but sometimes they could be the difference between success and failure. This lab reflects collaboration in many different ways as well. One example of collaboration in this lab is my partner and I had two different roles and were working to the best of our abilities to succeed at both of them. What I mean by this is one of us went and got the ingredients for the eggs Benedict, and the other one stayed in the kitchen and got everything ready for when we started cooking.
Friendship is important because just like family, it can change how you grow as a person depending on who your friends are, as they can change you in a good way, or a bad way. Things that could affect you are things like how often you hang out with them, do they care about their future, are they distracting, things like that. We show this in our city by having a lot of people shaking hands in a friendly way.
–Family
Family is important because they are always there for you no matter what and support any choice you make. We included family in our city with the groups of people having fun and talking in some of the parks we included. It’s also the most influential group of people a growing kid could have. Family members act as role models for how you’ll act and see the world how you were taught.
–Environment
Environment is also important because without it, we would not have any greens like trees, bushes, grass, not many animals, and without trees for example, we wouldn’t have clean air, and it would be really hard to live. We included the environment in our city by adding multiple parks all around with trees and all sorts of greens.
–Happiness
Happiness is essential to human life it opens opportunities for more creativity. So instead of the key to happiness being success. Research shows the key to success is happiness. Happiness can also affect your social life, if you are in a constant state of sadness it’s going to be hard to make any friends. Happiness is important in my life because it keeps me motivated to keep doing the things I love.
–Transportation
Transportation is important to not only Charlie and I, but also to the rest of the world. As without it, we wouldn’t have roads, or it we did they would be pointless without cars. We would also have to walk everywhere and would not be able to go on vacation. Where did we include it? Well, we included it in many ways, from the cars on the roads, to the spaceships above. In conclusion, transportation is important.
Communication Reflection
This project is showing what a perfect city would look like. As we have many parks with perfectly green grass, many people, that all like each other (therefore no crime) as well as keeping our city green naturally even with the pollution of the cars and spaceships. And we used City Creator to express these values. We communicated both on snapchat and in person, and we listened to each other’s ideas by letting each other have a turn to talk and reflect on each other’s ideas. My responsibilities were to do the writing bit of the friendship value, the transportation, and we both did some environment. We made sure each other were contributing by simply telling each other to do work. When we were together, we got a lot of work done, and used our time incredibly wisely. And we also worked very well as a group. Our decisions were made only when we both agreed only, and we didn’t really have any problems. In the end, I think that we are very satisfied with our project. Next time, we could get it done faster.
A digital footprint is basically what you post on social media, it could be good, or it could be bad. What is a negative digital footprint you may ask? Well, a negative digital footprint is when you have a bad reputation online, and some things that can cause you to have a bad digital footprint is posting pictures that make you look like someone you’re not. This could be a picture with you at a party with a lot of people during this pandemic, you are doing something you will regret/don’t watch other people to see, and things like that. My biggest advice is to think before you post.
How to have a positive digital footprint? Well, to have a positive digital footprint, just don’t post anything you wouldn’t anyone else to see, and always try to be a good influence for the younger people following you. Because once you post something, it’s out there, even if you take it down ten minutes later.

Personal/Social Competency Reflection
I know that my digital footprint can have both positive and negative consequences, including affecting what job I get when I’m older, and it can also affect my education in the future (post-secondary). I would adjust my actions to not saying anything/posting anything before thinking twice about it, because no matter what they will be online somewhere even if you delete it right away. In conclusion, try your best to keep a positive digital footprint, because it’s very helpful.
Some of my preferred strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced online presence include thinking before you post. Also not showing my location and keep my accounts on private. Make sure to not give away any personal information. There are many ways to keep your digital footprint positive, but it all depends on if you want to act and use one or two of them.
Some short/ long term goals with my digital spaces include Being a good influence and a role model and my plan to achieve them is posting positive things and spreading awareness about things going on in the world and encourage others to do the same.
Brief history: Once, a run away slave came across nuke town when it was a very very small town, and then the people of snooze house saw them and offered a place to sleep. Those salves moved in to nuke town, and they told their families to come as well.

Hello, My name is Nolan Sangha, i’am 14 years old. I live with my Mother father and sister (I wish I also had a dog but oh well). My best courses are socials and P.E (if that counts). My worst course is math. I really enjoy playing sports but my two favourite sports are hockey and football. I chose this video from youtube because drake is my favourite artist and this is my favourite song. Another reason why I chose this video is that drake is a huge inspiration and one day I hope to be as inspirational.
I chose this video of the Pittsburgh Penguins lifting the Stanley cup after beating the predators, because in this moment I was really happy (penguins are my favourite team). Also it shows proving people wrong in a way. People didn’t think the penguins could win the cup back to back and they did.
