Breakfast Home Lab

My breakfast home lab was successful it took me awhile to get the ingredients needed to complete this lab. once I did so I watched a few videos on how to make blueberry pancakes and then I was ready to cook. I think the most difficult part of this lab was pouring the batter into the pan at the right size and not burn them. One of the things I was more successful with was flipping my pancakes and knowing when to flip em I waited to see the bubbles coming through and flipped them and didn’t spill batter everywhere in the pan. I was also careful when adding the ingredients to not over mix because Ms Bolli always says to never over mix because it could ruin your pancakes. overall I think this was a good home lab only took about 45 mins to an hour and made extra for my mom.

Breakfast omelet

This is my Omelet I was very succesful in this lab. Some challenges I had with this lab we’re dicing my veggies to the right size having never made an omelet with this amount of veggies. I think the most useful thing I used was the pan because it helped me cook everything. This omelet doesn’t look the best but it did taste amazing and would make it again. This is one of the best breakfast iv’e had.

Breakfast Hash

This was one of my most succesful labs because I made many different foods such as peppers, onions, eggs and potatoes. One of the appliances I was most useful was the oven. More specifically when I was making something in a a pan or baking I have learned to use it well. It is used to bake inside the oven and on top their are burners to cook with. Some fun facts are that they have been used for thousands of years in Europe. Another fun fact is that the heat source can be generated with coal, iron, wood, gas, microwaves, and electricity.
