Life Saving Measures

In active living 11 we got to learn about 2 different life saving measure such as, CPR and Naloxone. Some thing I learned from the CPR unit it is, how to analyze a situation, how to use an AED, and how to administrate CPR to someone. These skills are very useful as it is always good to know a way that could save somebodies life. While using the AED a struggle I ran into was that I had trouble putting the pads on the right part of the person. I eventually overcame this by asking one of my peers.

Critical and Reflective Thinking Competency Reflection

I can analyze evidence to make judgements. I can do this by looking around and by diagnosing my situation and then based off of what I see, I could do what is necessary. How this applies to the CPR unit is by being able to assess that state of a person it could lead to you saving their life.
