I can play several parts and carry out my share of duties in a group. I took on a task in lab 19C that I knew I could perform well. I also made sure my partner understood what his role was. To ensure that we would both be working, we evenly divided the roles. I always made sure to approach my classmates for advice before turning to my teachers for guidance if I was ever unsure of what to do next. I can work independently while also assisting my peers with their communication abilities. By letting others know I value their assistance, I show them I actually appreciate their contributions. I’ll acknowledge their assistance and ask if I can do anything for them in return.
