Core Competency Reflection
Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen when we worked on this presentation. Harshdeep, Cole and I were initially confused about how we should start this off. Then, I had an idea so I proposed it in an understandable and concise way. One of the ways I ensure my group is clear on the common purpose is to check up every ten to twenty minutes. I like to see what and how my partners are doing their work. I like to check and see if our goal is all the same so that the project is more understandable. One strategy or activity that stimulates my imagination is to ask what others are doing. If I’m ever in a slump I’ll ask others or my partners what their ideas are, then I’ll start to think of my own.
