My Reflection
This lab went really well as muffins can be tricky because over mixing the batter is common. The muffins had a golden brown top and soft inside. I wouldn’t make these muffins again because I don’t like bananas but this lab was great to learn the muffin method. I would make different kinds of muffins and this lab showed how to properly mix the batter. My group and I worked well together and we were able to help each other out more in this lab.
