Collaboration

Our group used our collaboration skills well throughout completing this project. We worked together on finding relevant information as to why move4mana should support Sierra Leone. We split up the work so that all of us had a sub-topic to find information on. Finally, we worked together to make a presentation to share to the class. I think we worked well together as a group because we got along and had no problems along the way. I think we could improve our collaboration skills by changing the way we approached this project. Instead of working on sections individually, we could worked on each section together one by one. This would benefit us because we would all know the information more accurately.

Communication

We used our communication skills many times throughout this project. We communicated well to each other when we were figuring out who was going to do which section and who would talk to the class about each section. We had no problems communicating to each other. We also used our communication skills when presenting to the class about our topic. I think we could have done a better job as to getting more of the classes attention by making our presentation more entertaining. That is something that there is a lot of room for improvement that I can work towards to be better at.

Ethical Judgement

I think we did a great job on the social, environmental, and economic aspects of our project. I think we did well explaining the social and environmental problems occurring in Sierra Leone, we could have done better in the economic part but overall those three categories we fully understood and I thought explained well. I think we could have done better as to incorporating the political aspect into our project. We could have added more information about Sierra Leone’s current and past government position and experiences. We could have also added more information on Sierra Leone’s relationship with its neighbouring countries and how that may affect or support them. Overall, I think we did a good job on our project, we convinced the class that our country was in the most need for support. I would grade it a high proficient mark.
