My Bio
My name is Grace, and I am a grade 9 student at Centennial High School. Some words that describe me are positive, honest, and diligent. I am from Korea, and I enjoy listening to music, especially Korean Pop music. The reason why I enjoy listening to music is that it helps me to focus on things when I am studying, and brighten my overall mood of the day. I also enjoy playing sports such as badminton and volleyball. When I feel stressed, I usually play sports with my family or friends because it helps me to relieve my stress and improve my health. One of my best courses is Math. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I understand concepts and solve complicated math problems. I learn best by asking questions when I am having difficulty with something. Because I easily get distracted by loud noises, I also learn best when I am working in a quiet place. The best way to show people what I know is by explaining a concept visually such as showing pictures or videos. I find the visualization is more effective than other ways. My strengths would be organizing tasks and hardworking skills. When there is an assignment, I plan ahead and proceed to complete the task according to the plan step by step. I always try my best to put all of my effort into the assignment. However, it usually takes a lot of time to finish one assignment no matter the portion of the final grade. Thus, one of my goal is to improve in managing the time effectively. I am looking forward to meet new people and learn new things throught this school year!

I always visit this website because it has almost everything that I need. For instance, I can obtain useful information by watching many videos such as doing exercise, learning Japanese, and researching general questions. I stay at home a lot longer than before, so there is less opportunities to be socialized in person these day. However, I can easily communicate with other people by watching YouTtube. To be more actively communicate, I would like to involve in filming the video in future so that I can share my life with others as well.

This is a link to my favourite YouTube video channel called ASMR Soupe. The reason why I like this link is that when I listen to ASMR, I feel relaxed and feel like I am acutally in that place. For instance, the video called “A Night in Paris Ambience” provides the sound of people speaking and eating with the music. This whole ASMR makes me feel that I am taking a holiday in Paris. Thus, I often use this ASMR videos when I don’t want to be distracted by other noises.
