Core Competency Reflection

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I lose all interest in what I was doing and stare at what’s going on during the lesson. Or I talk to my friends to boost my mood when I’m down.

Some of the ways I work to build and maintain relationships are sitting down next to the person and getting to know them. I would maintain relationships by making the other person feel comfortable and showing that I just want to be a friend.

An example of something I have spent a lot of time learning about is the dinosaurs!! I’m very passionate on how much time I put into learning about dinosaurs and prehistoric life. I absolutely love learning about the ancient past and what ruled it.

I need to work on strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle because I’m always late or absent due to certain reasons.
