This demonstrates the communication section of the core competencies because without team work it would be impossible to complete this lab. This lab required three people to walk/run while others timed them at specific positions. I was able to able to be a supportive listener when one of my group member told me my task. Additionally I was also able to help out one of my group member to fill out the timer’s name for table one. I did my share by slow walking 25 meters and by working with multiple people I was able to acquire enough information to finish this lab. Though I did my part I could have done a better job by being more active with the group.
