This lab went pretty well because we worked hard and the scones turned out good. Some successes we had were the scones tasting good and perfectly cooked. Some challenges we had were mixing the butter into the dry mixture because of how hard the butter was. I think the most useful tool in the kitchen is a mixing bowl. Mixing bowls are used to mix basically anything that you need to mix in the kitchen. They are used to mix ingredients so you don’t have to use your hands and make a huge mess. Some uses we haven’t explored for mixing bowls are mixing salads and organizing your ingredients in different bowls.
