REFLECTION…
In this simple lab to kick of the school year we were put to the test not only to be able to bake delicious cookies but to get used to our units and the equipment in it. We also had to be able to communicate and work well with our partners because these are people that were going to being working with and in class with throughout the whole semester.
During the lab I think that my communication with my partner and my ability to follow the recipe were both things that went well for me while making these cookies. But I feel that to make me better during labs and just better in the kitchen overall I think I need to learn to be a bit faster and to have a bit more confident when making the recipe. Because in class we are pretty limited on how much time we have to make the recipe at hand. Overall I think that this was a very successful lab and the final product turned out pretty well but maybe next time I would like to try and make the cookies a bit softer cause it’s how I like my cookies.
