Fruit Skillet Cake

In this lab we made a fruit cake, but in a skillet. It has all the same procedures as a regular cake, just cooked in a different pan. This recipe was a quick bread, flour mixture and cake method. We mixed the wet and dry ingredients together separately and then added them together at the end. We mixing the wet and dry together we would add some flour to the wet and then some buttermilk, we did this in 3 stages to allow the cake to become the right consistency.

I gave myself a 5 on this lab because I did all my duties to the best of my abilities and helped out my group members when needed. I would definitely make this again because it was very delicious and wasn’t very difficult to make
