My Reflection

This was our second lab that we have done and I think that it went really well. My partner and I worked well together and supported each other throughout the process. I was still getting used to where all the equipment was in the kitchen since there are a lot of drawer and cupboards. I really enjoyed making these muffins and I would make them again but maybe add something to it like blueberries or chocolate chips. One thing that I can improve on is making sure to fill the muffins liners with the same amount of batter as some were bigger than the others and it took some of them longer to cook.
