Cook at Home Option #2 Old to New

I made filipino garlic rice, with added egg to enhance the taste. The leftover item was rice. The taste and smell of the dish was garlicky. I did not use a recipe because my mom always made it as I grew up, meaning I already know how to make it. It is very simple. If I were to make the dish again, I would maybe add some chopped green onions. There weren’t any challenges I had to overcome because it is such a simple dish. My greatest success in my opinion was the look of the dish because it just looks tasty. I am most proud of the taste the egg added because usually you don’t put egg as it is called garlic rice.
