Favourite Lab

My Partner and I made cast iron skillet pizza. Our pizza looked cheesy and appealing, it smelt cheesy with a hint of yellow peppers and tomato, the pizza crust had a crisp outer shell and was soft in the inside, our pizza tasted cheesy and tomato-ey with diced peppers and sliced tomato in every bite leaving their juice flavours mixing with the rest of the pizza, the pizza sounded crisp when you’d bite into it then was more chewy like. I chose this as my favourite lab because it was the most fun to make and the finish product was appealing and tasted amazing. A few challenges I had to overcome is when my partner burnt herself on the cast iron pan so that left me to finish the pizza while she ran her thumb underwater, we got the pizza done and she was okay! Another challenge I faced was slicing the tomatoes, it was challenging because of the shape and how wet the inside is so it quickly got slippery but I persevered through it safely and got through it. My greatest success was definitely the final product of my pizza. Making the pizza wasn’t the easiest but I was proud it came out tasting great and looking appealing. I’m most proud of getting through the process of making the pizza as I got through a few set backs and the pizzas final product was still properly made, tasted great and looked great.
