How am I feeling today? General Feelings I Have before P.H.E 
       Tired I am very tired and usually do not get enough sleep beforehand.

Pt. 2

Some of my preferred strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle are eating the right foods, keeping up with homework, and staying active. I try to avoid junk food as much as possible and reach for the healthier foods in my house. I also try to work on my homework and get it done as soon as I can so I don’t fall behind when my schedule gets busier. I enjoy going on walks when I need a break and it helps me stay active and get some fresh air.

Some of the things I do to stay mentally and physically healthy are playing volleyball and going for runs. When I play sports or engage in physical activity, it helps calm down my nerves and take my mind away from my stress. When I go for runs, I imagine something is chasing me and I have to outrun it in order to survive. It gets my heartrate going and helps me feel better afterwards.

Pt. 3

I work with others to achieve a goal.  When my team is losing, I try to think of a strategy in order to win. I take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share. In the volleyball unit, I took responsibility as I was asked to help be the leader. I advocate for myself. When I do not understand how to do something or I am unsure of a rule, I always try to ask my peers or the teacher. I use strategies to help me find peace and I sustain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I always try to go on walks when it is nice out and it helps brighten my mood.
