The pictures show that I’m good at writing. My writing is clear and well-organized, and I choose my words carefully. But I see that I need to work on my transitions. Sometimes, they’re repetitive and not as interesting as the rest of my writing. If I make my transitions more creative and smoother, my whole piece will be more captivating. As I improve my writing, I want to add more creativity to my transitions, so they match the intriguing tone of the rest of my work.

Core Competency Self Reflection

For my last few English 12 writing assignments, my main focus is on showing more proof in my work and making better connections. I want to make sure I back up my points with quotes or examples from the story or film I’m talking about. Also, I need to link the stories together well because a weak connection means a weak topic. So, more evidence and stronger connections are my top goals for these assignments.
