CPR Reflection

One thing that I learned from this unit was that confidence is especially important to save someone’s life. If you don’t have confidence in yourself, you can’t save that person’s life. I think that the key takes away from this unit is that anybody’s lives could be taken away or endangered at any time and because of that we should be able to deal with those issues and help anyone in need. this unit relates to our other unit on nutrition because our other unit was all about staying healthy to keep your body healthy and live a long life and in this unit, we learned that if you don’t keep your body healthy then you could have health problems and some of these problems could cause some of these risks. 

Core Competency Reflection

I find it easy to be part of a group. I picked this one because I am comfortable with everyone in my class so it is easy to be a part of a group.

I am kind to others, and support others when they need it. I picked this one because I can help my classmates throughout the class and support them in their times of need. 

I recognize different points of view and can disagree respectfully. I picked this one because I find it interesting to see other people’s angles of things and if I don’t agree with what they are saying about a rule or something I can disagree. 

I can show a sense of accomplishment and joy. I take pride in my work and  myself. I picked this one because I enjoy when I do something cool during a sport and i feel good knowing that i did something good.

I give, receive, and act on feedback to progress in my goals. this is one of my goals for the next half of the semester because I don’t usually follow through with my goals in school and I want to succeed in my goals.
