Option 1 – Collaboration

An area of collaboration I would like to further develop is being able to take on different roles when in unfamiliar groups. When in a group of people I do not usually work with, I tend to take the lead in the project, and can forget to ask others for their opinions. I find that this doesn’t happen as much in groups that I am familiar with because it is easier to start a conversation and share ideas. In the future, I will make sure to acknowledge different perspectives by creating space for others. I hope that this will help me build better connections with more people and help us reach goals more efficiently.
