HOW I MANAGE STRESS AND HOW TECH HELPS ME DO IT

When i look back and see how i manage stress in my life i usually see that my greatest strategy for dealing with stress is by taking a break and just relaxing for a certain amount of time. Then when i go back to doing whatever i was stressed about i usually do better than how i did before! I also don’t think technology has frustrated me much as i usually can figure out how to fix a problem, it is more of a coping mechanism for my stress because watching youtube and coding helps as a break to calm me down from whatever is stressing me out.

HOW TECH IMPACTED MY STRESS

technology has helped me overcome some of my stress because it is a useful tool to help me learn. For example, one day i was doing polynomials and got confused so i found a website called symbolab which is a step by step calculater. So then i put in the question i was confused about and got the answer and the steps to do it, greatly easing the learning process for me.

HOW I CAN USE TECH TO HELP MYSELF

There are many ways tech can help someone, one of these ways include doing research on how to help yourself and watching youtube videos that are funny or satisfying to see or hear to calm yourself when stressed. Another good way is to do something you like doing on the internet such as playing videogames to relax and calm down yourself by putting you in a abstract and interesting world.
