Greek Week

For this lab, I cooked greek food for my family and I. I would give this a 9/10 for nutrition because there are a lot of vegetables and protein in this dinner. My product standards for this lab was for the chicken souvlaki to be moist, and for the potatoes to be cooked perfectly.I only marinated the chicken for about 6 hours, but it still tasted delicious. A challenge I faced was making the tzatziki because I put too much dill in it so I tried to even it out. A success I had in this lab was the potatoes because they turned out perfectly and they were so delicious and had the perfect amount of lemon in them. I would definitely make this agin for my friends and my family.
