Core Competency Reflection

My strategies for collecting relevant information for specific tasks include… staying on topic because it is important as it helps me collect the information to my task in not just an easier way but a faster way. I also just get the work done faster so I can work on other things that are important.

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I… take a small break from my work so I can take some time to just think about what I will do next instead of imminently thinking without planning. It also gives me a chance to look at the whole thing and fix anything that could help improve my work and get a potentially higher mark.

I make ethical choices such as… prioritizing my work in order to… get scores I want so I can succeed and not get stressed out if anything is due or overdue and have to rush it.

One goal I have for myself going forward is My support network is helpful to me because they… I want to improve on this so I can get a more broad support network so I can get help with my work faster. I also will explain in depth what I need so I can be successful.
