Curricular Competencies Reflection

What did I learn during this assignment/task? When I was writing my speech I had to learn how to do research on my topics. I learned how to find an argument for something and a counter argument for my speech. I had to memories the speech that I wrote and present it in front of my class. I think my public speaking has improved even if it’s just a little bit since public speaking is not my forte.

Core Competencies Reflection

Social awareness/responsibilities. I participated in the class by after finishing my speech and presenting it to the class afterwards. I demonstrated respectfulness by listening and giving my full attention to my classmates speeches when it was their turn to present. I think I would improve by not looking at my sheet at all when presenting next time.
