Percy Jackson the Lightning Thief: The movie

My movie

Independent Novel Movie

Plot, Character, Setting and Mood

In the book the character was distinctively described by the author giving me a good grasp on how the main character looks like. Choosing plot points for me is choosing what stands out for me. I added information from the story into my movie that stood out to me or I found important. I think mood is important in movies because it shows how characters should act. If someone just died then everyone would be sullen and sad. For the setting I chose places that leave an impression on me and that is what I added into my movie.

Core Competency Reflection

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I take a small break by playing games or watching T.V and then I come back to my work after I reset my mind so I can focus solely on my work.

I respectfully advocate for my needs by asking teachers for help when needed. If teachers are busy I ask my friends and the people around me for help and ideas.

I seek, develop and weigh options as demonstrated by doing both ideas that I have. If one idea looks better or has my information written down better then I will go for the option that lets my presentation stand out the most.
