Cooking at home 7 old to new

I made fried rice with barbecue pork, egg, peas, carrots, corn, onions, and garlic. The leftover item is the barbecue pork. I got the recipe from my mom, who already knew how to make this fried rice. I wouldn’t make any changes to this dish, because I think it is good as it is. Challenges I had to overcome were not being messy when stirring, and cutting the ingredients into small pieces. I overcame them when my mom gave me tricks and techniques. My greatest success was the taste of the dish. I am most proud of cutting all the food because I am really terrible at it.
