I made traditional filipino noodles. You will see these noodles usually in parties and family gatherings like birthdays and holidays. My mom often makes it for those occasions. The best part of the tradition, would be the taste of the food. A challenge I had to overcome was stirring the noodles without being messy. I overcame it by using two spatulas to make it easier. My greatest success was the final product because of the taste. I am most proud of making the dish, because it is a bit hard to make for me.
