I know when I need to take breaks from working or when I need to rest. I also know when I need to take more time to do things that make me happy. When things get busy, I can step back and talk about things with my friends, play soccer, or get some sleep. By doing these things I can get back to doing what I need to do.
I am planning to improve my communication skills. I find it difficult to ask questions in class due to the fear of being wrong or judged. I will get over this challenge by getting myself involved in more activities that require me to be social such as peer tutoring and leadership.
I am going to manage my time better. I sometimes find it difficult to get myself to start the assignments and procrastinate. I am going to try to find the motivation to study by asking friends to study together. That way, we will be able to help each other stay on task.
