I contribute during group activities with peers and share roles and responsibilities to achieve goals.

For this project, I was able to take on different roles and tasks in the group and work respectfully and peacefully in our shared paces. A challenge I faced when working on my core competency skill is whenever I work with new people, for me it’s hard to interact and discuss. This challenge was easily solved as people from my group were respectful and work hard. While collaborating through this artifact I learned that I shouldn’t be nervous to interact with others and just be myself. I should just share my ideas with others respectfully and peacefully and that will help me interact with others well. This skill is important as there will be more group projects to be done in the future and this will help me interact and communicate with my group mates well.
