Media Fluency Reflection

A. How was the ease of access in building the town, and what software did you use specifically?

After looking at a few websites I settled on a website called medieval fantasy city generator. It was easy to use and produced good results

B. Were you able to apply the skills you learned in the planning stages appropriately to a digital environment?

I believe that I succeeded in what my end goal was, which was to create a digital factory town.

C. What were the sources you researched that made this an “authentic make-believe” town?

I looked up information about real factory towns, pictures as well as written information, I also used my knowledge of the book Lyddie.

D. Is there other software online that could have done the job better? Explain.

I did look at other website and there are probably many more that I did not look at but, out of the ones that I looked at that were free and looked visually pleasing as well as easy to use, this was the one of the best sites I found.
