How does the artifact you selected demonstrate strengths & growth in the communication competency? 

I felt that when I was doing this project I was able to communicate and work well with my partner. As the time went on my communication skills began to grow and I felt that working in a partnership helped forge skills that would be crucial to creating well proposed presentations.

In what ways might you further develop your communication competency? 

I may further develop my communication skills by proceeding to work in group environments, where I can communicate with my group members, rather than taking charge and doing it all on my own. My communication skills may also expand if I listen towards others and accept criticism of my ideas.
