Stress is a common human reaction that happens to everyone and people deal with it differently. I manage my stress in life by doing some things like taking a walk or doing some things to take things off my mind, technology helps me with that. It has impacted a lot for me, especially this year. Things I do to take things off my mind is reading books, but since there is a pandemic I can’t go to the bookstore or the library. Which is why technology helps a lot for me because I can read online books during stressful times, and it reduces the stress I’m feeling. Technology improves my wellbeing by helping me spend time with my friends and family during this pandemic, I’m able to talk and catch up with them. For me, technology is some of the things that helps with my coping mechanism and improves my wellbeing.
